Video lessons explained
The video lesson feature is perfect for Players who are unable to visit you in person, allowing you the opportunity to continue their coaching in a remote setting.
A Player, upon choosing the video option at booking, will be prompted to add 2 swing videos and notes to their booking. They will then be required to pay for their lesson when placing their booking.
The videos and notes will be automatically added to a lesson record created in the Players lesson history area. A new counter feature will help identify the Players who have booked and are waiting for a video lesson from you.
The videos and notes are embedded into the lesson record ready for your analysis. The record can then be edited using the same tools that are used for creating standard lesson records.
It’s important to understand that by enabling this feature your Players will be offered the choice of either ‘Face to Face’ or ‘Video’ as an option when making a lesson booking. If you do not want to offer Video lessons to your Players please ensure that this feature remains disabled in your Video lesson settings.
To locate your video lesson settings:
- Tap Lessons in the main menu
- Tap Diary settings
- Tap the settings icon, top right
- Tap Video lesson settings
To enable video lesson bookings:
- Tap Enable
- Enter the amount you would like to charge
- Tap Save settings
