Sharing with other calendars
You can share your diary with other online calendars to display your bookings from Lesson Pro. You can also share multiple Lesson Pro diaries to the same calendar to create a multi calendar view.
To locate your diary URL:
- Open your Account Settings by tapping the ellipsis menu
- Tap Diary URL
To share your diary bookings you have been given a unique url. The diary feed is in ICS format and is widely accepted by online calendar programs.
To add your feed to a calendar simply tap Copy to Clipboard and paste it into the settings area of your chosen calendar where calendar subscription URLs are added. Continue adding further URLs to display your colleagues diaries alongside yours in the same calendar.

Please make sure you check the settings of your chosen calendar so that the feed you have added is refreshing on a regular and frequent basis, refer to the support area of your chosen calendar to locate these settings.
