Set lesson credit value

Your lesson credit value will ultimately determine the amount you charge for a standard lesson, please pay particular attention to this area of your settings.

It’s important to understand that each lesson credit is worth 15 minutes of your time, so your lessons will need to be made up of multiples of 15 minutes (credits). So for example a 30 minute lesson will require 2 lesson credits to book, or a 45 minute lesson would require 3 lesson credits and so on.

Your Players can purchase lesson credits from you at the value you set and use them to book lessons on the system, alternatively they can choose the pay on the day option when booking.

Here’s an example of how the system could be set up.

• 1 lesson credit = 15 minutes at a value of £15
• Therefore 2 credits = 30 minutes at £30
• 3 credits = 45 minutes at £45

To locate your duration and pricing settings:

1. Tap Lessons in the main menu
2. Tap Diary settings
3. Tap the settings icon, top right
4. Tap Duration and pricing

To set your credit value:

1. Tap Add value of 1 credit
2. Enter the amount you would like to charge
3. Tap Save settings

Please note the system will not allow bookings until this setting has been updated.
