Lesson credits explained
Lesson credits are the currency used within the app for Players to purchase and use to book lessons.
It’s important to understand that each lesson credit is worth 15 minutes of your time, so your lessons will need to be made up of multiples of 15 minutes (credits). So for example a 30 minute lesson will require 2 lesson credits to book, or a 45 minute lesson would require 3 lesson credits and so on.

To add lesson credits to a Player account:
- Tap Players on the main menu
- Tap the Player name of the account you would like to update
- Tap Credits
- Tap Add lesson credits
- Select the number of credits you would like to add
- Tap Confirm
More than 24 hours
Any credits used for lessons cancelled by Players with more than 24 hours before the lesson begins will be fully credited back to the Player account.
Less than 24 hours
Any credits used for lessons cancelled by Players with less than 24 hours before the lesson begins will not be credited back to the Player account.
It is up to the Professional to then decide whether they re-issue the credits back to the Player by simply entering their profile and adding credits to their account as explained above.
