Guest or Group bookings

Guest bookings

You can book Players into your diary who are not signed up to Lesson Pro by simply selecting the Guest / Group option when creating a lesson booking. You will then be presented with the option to add the name of the Player that you are making the booking for.

Guest bookings are there for you to manage your diary and book slots out for non Lesson Pro Players only. Guest / Group bookings will not allow for lesson records to be created.

If you need the ability to create a record the Player will need to be signed up to Lesson Pro and registered as your Player.

Group bookings

You can also book Groups into your diary by simply selecting the Guest / Group option when creating a lesson booking. You will then be presented with the option to add the name of the Group that you are making the booking for, you can also use the notes area within the booking to add names of the Players attending if you wish.

Please note this is for diary management purposes only and will not create a lesson record within the system, it will simply allow you to create the slot within your schedule and remind you of the booking.
