Cancel a lesson booking

To cancel a lesson booking:

Next Lesson

1. Tap lessons on the main menu or access the next lesson area on the home page
2. Tap cancel lesson on next lesson area
3. Confirm your cancellation by tapping yes

If you cancel a booking with less than 24 hours before your booking is due to start, the credits will not be refunded to the Player account. You will need to refund the credits manually in the Player profile by tapping Credits and tapping Add lesson credits.

Other bookings

1. Tap Lessons on the main menu
2. Scroll down to your bookings area
3. Tap the booking you would like to cancel
4. Tap Cancel lesson
5. Confirm your cancellation by tapping yes
