Lesson credits explained

Lesson credits are the way to pay for your lessons through the Lesson Pro app. After purchasing credits they are stored in your account for a full 12 months and you can use them to book your lessons 24 hours a day.

Each credit allows you 15 minutes of golf coaching with your chosen Golf Professional and the value of each credit is set by them.

Every Golf Professional has their own preference for the amount of time they allow for a standard golf lesson. So if your Golf Pro teaches in 30 minute slots then you will use 2 credits for each lesson you book, if they prefer 45 minutes then 3 credits will need to be used and so on.

When you book your lesson please select the preferred lesson duration specified by your Golf Pro that is displayed on the booking form within the app, unless otherwise instructed.

Buying lesson credits
To buy lesson credits:

• Tap Lessons on the main menu
• Tap Lesson credits
• Tap Add lesson credits

• Tap Add credits and select the number of credits you would like to buy
• Review the cost and saved card details displayed below
• Tap Buy credits

Please be aware the card you have registered to your account will be charged for the amount displayed on the screen when you tap buy credits.

The credits you have purchased will appear in your credit account along with the date they are valid until.

Using lesson credits
To use your lesson credits simply tap the use credits option on the lesson booking form and your credits will be taken from your account.

Cancelled lessons
Should you wish to cancel a lesson, at least 24 hours in advance of your booking, the credits you have used will be refunded to your credit account.

If you cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours before a booking your credits will not be refunded.
