Cancel a lesson booking
To cancel a lesson booking:
Next Lesson
- Tap lessons on the main menu or access the next lesson area on the profile page
- Tap cancel lesson on next lesson area
- Confirm your cancellation by tapping yes
If you cancel a booking with less than 24 hours before your booking is due to start, your credits will not be refunded to your account.
Other bookings
- Tap Lessons on the main menu
- Scroll down to your bookings area
- Tap the booking you would like to cancel
- Tap Cancel lesson
- Confirm your cancellation by tapping yes
