Sign up here nowIf you are purchasing a video lesson within the Lesson Pro App, you will need to set up and record 2 videos to help your Pro get the best view of your swing. Here’s our simple guide to setting these up correctly.
1. Activate your grid
To get the full picture your Pro will need two videos to analyse your swing. One video taken down the line and the other face on.
First of all you will need to activate the grid on your phone camera, this is found in camera settings in the settings area of your phone.
Please also use alignment sticks in your set up if possible.
2. Record your videos
Find a friend to make the recording. Using the grid and your phones slo-motion camera, place the golfer as follows:
‘Down the line’ place the back foot on the bottom horizontal line
‘Face on’ stance is placed on the bottom horizontal line
Then trim and save your videos to your phone library.
3. Add a description
When booking, don’t forget to add a brief description of your ball flight and what you need help with. This will assist your Pro in focussing on the right areas for you.
Your Pro will review this information and begin creating your video lesson. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours and up to 1 week for this process to take place.
4. Review your lesson
Once your Pro has evaluated and created your video lesson, they will add this information to your Lesson Pro account (you will receive a notification when this happens).
Your record will appear in your lesson record history and will remain there for you to review at your leisure.
